I started joekhoury.blog to write about Middle Management Through Leadership and my experience being a Software Engineering Manager these last few years.
I believe that managers in any industry play an immense role in:
- Directly influencing how fulfilling and successful people’s careers can be.
- Directly influencing the quality of the products and services that companies release and provide.
- Redefining the 9 to 5 and change the perception that only entrepreneurs can have rewarding and fulfilling careers.
